Everyone here seems very friendly. Our neighbors are kind and respectful, and I have not heard residual noise from surrounding units other than occasional footsteps upstairs. I love the amenities! The appliances are all new, I personally don’t love the washer but I am picky; it is full size and is generally of great quality. The paint seems a little like primer, but the apartment is generally very cute and with mass production construction I wouldn’t expect anything more than what the Oxbow ...
provides. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations for apartment life. The gorgeous view contributes greatly to my daily life/experience.

I'm right at my 6-month mark and everything is going well. Since they added the parking stickers to the cars, it is much easier to park in front of my building. That was a great improvement. Since the weather has been mild, running at the complex has been great. It would be nice if there was a trail around the perimeter of the complex but maybe they will add that once the construction is completed.
I have needed repairs done a couple times and that was completed the same day with no delays. ...
Great service.
All in all, I'm very happy with my apartment and the complex.

I truly can only review the move in process as I have only been here for a few days but it was very quick and easy. I did most of the process long distance so once I arrived, it only took a few minutes to get my keys and finish up a few other requirements. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The grounds, gym and other amenities look very nice. I’m looking forward to meeting people in this complex and the community.

The Oxbow is OK way overpriced. I hear people coming up and down the stairs all day and it drives me nuts. I don’t think the walls were built with good wood. probably the cheap stuff honestly 3/5
