The Oxmoor apartments are nice enough. Small things inside are made with cheap materials and the fixes will be even cheaper by maintenance staff. You are locked into their internet provider and not given the choice of your own. Valet trash is the worst here, you must use a specific type of trash bag, or they will not take it. Valet trash is supposed to run Monday-Thursday but ends up being about twice a week, and they will not take anything that doesn't fit inside a bag like a pizza box. To call ...
The Oxmoor a gated community is a joke, during my year living there I never once saw all the gates functioning properly which allowed anyone inside the property. The management does not enforce rules like dogs on a leash or quiet hours. Being close to the pool you will constantly be kept awake due to loud music. People from outside the community will come and utilize the pool due to the lack of security. In summary The Oxmoor is a good place to live if you are looking for somewhere extremely mediocre.
