April 24, 2025Management can be unresponsive to complaints. Neighbors are loud and disrespectful. Residents don’t pick up after their dogs even if a dog station is less than 10 feet away. Trash/litter has become a problem. For a nonsmoking community, I see a lot of cigarette butts. Only positives: maintenance is responsive and the apartments are near many things.Property Manager Responded

It's important to note that the team is highly engaged with the Holding Village HOA as it appears the neighborhood, and not all Pace renters, may be contributing to the cigarettes and overall litter. March 5, 2025We’ve lived at Pace for 18 months. We sold our home, and took the leap to apartment life. The Pace at Holding Village has been a wonderful place to live. The staff is always very friendly, and the environment is bright and comfortable. On the few occasions when we have issues - the maintenance team in very responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Occasionally, there are events hosted by Pace, which are nice opportunities to interact with other tenants. November 29, 2024These apartments are not as luxurious as they were advertised online. They are extremely noisy, poorly constructed, and have inconsiderate neighbors. I've encountered over 30 maintenance issues. When I submitted complaints, the management often did not respond or simply ignored them. The only positive aspect is that the maintenance team is professional and polite. I recommend looking around first, as the noise level is excessive unless you’re on the third floor, which might be better, ...especially in the main building.
