Excellent customer service, very cleaned property, the maintenance men are very kind and generous! The ladies in the office are very sweet, kind and will go out of their way to help everyone! The property is kept very well and cleaned as well and I miss coming in the office to the smell of cookies baking, it smells so good and the cookies was great!

After COVID hit and the colleges started clearing campuses we decided we wanted to stay in town close to the campus in case they opened back up. We're young and our credit and rental history was slim to none so we were scared we wouldn't be approved anywhere. Rita was super helpful and worked with us. We moved in around a month later and haven't had any issues since. It's right on the bus route so we can get to work and school easily and we can walk across the street to get almost anything we ...

I have lived here for many years in different apartments from 2 bedrooms to 1 bedrooms and its always been a great place to live. The management team is awesome! Maintenance is always on top of things when needed. They waist no time getting right on top of things when you ask. The grounds are very clean and always kept up. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the management and maintenance.

They knowingly moved me into an apartment with bed bugs. I waited 3 weeks for the apartment to be ready and they said it was because the current tenants lease wasn’t up but really it was because they had to have it treated for bed bugs. I only had the keys for less than 24 hrs. I seen 5 of them on the walls while cleaning the night before the uhaul truck came. I called the next morning & she admitted to the previous tenant vacating because of a bed bug infestation. Do not move here.

I have been at these apartment for a couple of months now and I love it here. They are a diamond in the rough because they are so nice on the inside for the price you pay and I have got nothing but kindness from the people that work in the office. Love it here so far!

The location is good, but for the money they charge for a 2 bedroom is a little ridiculous! The apartment size does not go with the amount they charge for rent.
