About The Paddock at Grandview
The Paddock at Grandview is a brand-new community that offers distinctive and beautiful one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes. Our community has income guidelines based upon the size of your household and gross annual income (see below). Our amenities include: central heating and cooling, electric range ovens and washer/dryers in every apartment. We also have a fitness center, community room, computer center and sparkling swimming pool. We are conveniently located on the corner of West Trinity Lane and Interstate 65, right outside of downtown Nashville.
