Bad communication
August 27, 2022I applied for a 3bed/2bath weeks ago. When I attempted to finish the application today, I was denied access to the lease agreement. I called the office and was told someone would get back with me in 3 minutes. THAT WAS 3 HOURS AGO. I called again and spoke to a David who told me that he would find out what happen, THAT WAS 2.50 HOURS AGO. This is bad way of conducting business. If you do not want my business, the lease you could do is say no thank you, don't just throw me to the wolves. Not good, ...at all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wont fix a/c
September 3, 2019My sister has been living in this apartment complex for a year almost. The past two week she has complained and they won’t fox her a/c its 80+ degrees inside of her apartment. She is pregnant with her four kids living there and can’t be in that kind of heat. So if you love the heat this is the perfect place to rent from. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!Review from Apartments.com

June 6, 2019I have Lived here at palm tree apartments for 4 years now going on 5 just renewed my lease and this place is looking better everyday grounds are well kept rent is very affordable manager is extremely nice the maintenance guy does all my request the same day which is awesome i plan on staying for a good while wonderful place to live.Review from Apartments.com

June 8, 2018I have lived here for the past 4 years and let me tell you things are finally changing around here property looks good my work order requests are finally getting done right and the manager nancy is fantastic. Be aware
February 4, 2018If you put a deposit down on this apartment you better be sure about it because if you decide to I’ve elsewhere I’m here to advise you they will not return your deposit. I didn’t sign any paperwork or anything in regards to a hold fee, just be aware. Very unprofessional!!!Property Manager Responded
