cockroach infestation
September 11, 2025People who want to live here should be careful. The apartments are full of cockroaches, and they're not doing anything to fix this problem. I signed a contract to rent an apartment, and when I discovered the apartments were infested with cockroaches, I immediately decided to cancel the contract. They're trying to force me to pay two months' rent for breach of contract. I've already sought legal advice, but future tenants should be very careful with these apartments and make sure your apartment is ...in good condition before signing the contract. Beware of the plague of Roaches
June 30, 2023We sent hundreds of complaints, we are clean people but since last year this complex has a non stop roaches problem. If you sing a lease be aware that you will have unespected roomates waiting for you! DisgustingReview from Apartments.com
