Good Apt But

Good spacious apartment, with attentive front office and maintenance. One thing I didn't like is about car parking allotment, which they randomly allot available place not considering the closeness to the apt

The community is old but expensive and the units are in poor condition. Lack of modern amenities and of course it’s hard to find professionalism.

Roach infestation is unbearable

The location and rent might seem attractive, but don’t be fooled. The roach infestation is unbearable. They’re in every corner of the apartment, and no amount of cleaning or pest control has worked. Management has been of little help, so until they take this seriously, I wouldn’t recommend anyone live here.

"Sure, I'd be thrilled to spread the word! Living at The Palmer at Las Colinas is an experience like no other. If you're looking for a place where the landscaping gives off ‘abandoned theme park’ vibes and the service team could easily double as magicians (because they vanish when you need them), then look no further!
