Wow, what a transformation
July 2, 2020New owners took over late 2019 and have transformed this place. All apartments have been rehabbed. New paving throughout community. They are bringing in new homes and have upgraded the whole property. All the new tenants must pass background checks. Most of the old tenants have been evicted or have moved out.
