So far so good...I was disappointed that we needed a certified check as it was harder to do than I ever anticipated (as we do not have a local bank). However, other than that the move in was not bad.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Palms! The community feels safe, clean, and well taken care of, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. My apartment gets great natural light, and I love how peaceful it is—especially by the pool area, which feels like my own pool most the time.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly, parking is easy, and the location is super convenient for shopping, dining, and commuting. The landscaping and palm trees add such a ...
nice touch, it really does feel like a desert oasis.

I just moved to the Palms apartments and so far I'm happy with my decision.
My dog likes to smell bushes a lot and the palms has a good variety of trees and green areas so is enjoyable walking my dog in this property.
I like the pool too is bigger than the pool at my previous place and I think I will enjoy it a lot.

The upkeep of the outside and other common areas is ongoing and doesn’t go unnoticed. The grounds are lovely. Nice, quiet place. Close to everything in Arcadia. Large patios. Pool and hot tub. One thing that is strange is that it’s a gated community and you have to have key to get out. There is no keypad to let you out. If you have a friend come over you have to walk them out. ??

Great staff at The Palms. They are friendly and always ready and willing to help. Grounds and pool areas are nicely kept. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. I have found my neighbors to be friendly and considerate of others and I love the diversity at The Palms.
Parking spots too narrow and can be difficult to maneuver. Would be nice if there were mailbox rooms on each side of the complex, without having to go through two locked gates to our mail.
