    The cockroaches are out of control here. Upon move out they overcharge for replacing the cheapest vinyl they can find! Over $1,000 so beware! When the pool gets renovated it would be the only nice part of the complex.

  • Terrible Property Management

    The office staff here is unorganized and completely lacking one ounce of customer service. They don’t get work orders done in a timely fashion, try being without a dryer for weeks. And then they call you weeks later to ask if the work was completed because the are so unorganized they don’t even know. They lie and put notes in your file about things that never happened but have no word except their own as proof. They ripped out all the barbecues and never replaced them even though they advertise ...
    they have them they don’t. The trash situation is absolutely disgusting and the property itself is in a rapid decline. If you liked to be ripped off by lying office staff then by all means sign a lease here.

    I have nothing but amazing things to say about this community!!! Pest control is awesome! I get my apartment sprayed once a month and don't have any issues. When I need something fixed inside my apartment maintenance is on it! I've been a resident for almost 2 years and plan on signing another lease because I love it here so much!

  • Scorpion Problem

    I have lived here a few years and the scorpion problem remains the same. The complex provides regular pest control so there aren't any ants or roaches but this place is in desperate need of a scorpion treatment. They look like Arizona Bark Scorpions. The office staff just brushes me off when ever I say anything.

    This was a great apartment for me being a first time apartment renter. But when Olen Property management took over, it became a nightmare. When fairfield owned it, my service requests got done almost same day, the maintenance staff was friendly and the office leasing agents were great but not the manager.     manager Rebecca is the most rude, disrespectful person I've met and sad to say she is worse than the previous manager. She told me she would try to solve issue and would get back to me. Had to call her almost every 4-5 days and check because she never called back. Finally gave up and moved onto the Vice President of Olen. Vice President doesn't care about the way her employees take care of issues. It's just terrible management in general. I will never suggest to anyone to live at an Olen Property and will never do so myself. Nice apartments though.
