April 10, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI applied here and got declined because of my credit even though my income far surpassed the requirement. I contact the front office and was told to applied along with a co applicant whose credit was hire so I did. His credit was above 650 which is the requirement and combined we make over $13000 dollars and we were still declined. I attempted to speak with a staff member and they were very dismissive and unwilling to provide any insight. Therefore I contacted the screening company and I was told ...we both had to have a credit over 650. $600 dollars later in application fees I’m still declined when all they had to tell me was not to apply at all with my credit under 650. Then when it takes 7 days to get an answer they deny you after you send all the documentation. Please go somewhere else. I regret renting here
November 24, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comYou will regret renting an apartment here. Place went downhill rapidly the moment Bozzuto took over. Noisy outdated apartments build in the late 90's. Public areas never get cleaned. Both access gates are broken for months now. Anyone can access the property. Management keeps sending emails that parts are ordered, but that's hard to believe after months of waiting. Dumpster area is gross with cockroaches walking all over the place at night. Barking dogs 5 a.m. in the morning is a normal thing and ...teenagers around the bbq places at night smoking weed disturbing the peace. And as the cherry on top of everything, they will try to lure you in with a free first month or no deposit, however wait until you get your first renewal proposal. Mines had an increase of $250 a month, which came out to almost 20% in just one year!! Will not renew and I see many neighbors leaving as well. Think twice before renting here. You probably won't enjoy if you're just trying to live in a nice and quiet place after a hard day of work. There are many other rental properties around that offer a much better value. April 16, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at The Palms for 2 years this summer. It was supposed to be a temporary move during my transition from NJ. Since then it has felt more and more like home. The staff is AMAZING. They go above and beyond to accommodate ALL of my needs. Tika and Alexis are so kind and sincere. It's not about the business or money for them. It's about making sure that their residents are happy. Recently they have implemented food trucks that come on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings for breakfast. ...This is a great way to mingle and socialize with people that we would normally never see. Great place to live
March 30, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comHave been here for 3 years and love it so far, staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance staff are prompt to fix any issues that have happened. Love the dog park, the neighbors and amenities are nice and well kept. The administration tries to always organize activities to entertain neighbors, food trucks for example. March 29, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe maintenance staff is superb. A to JR who obviously cares about the residents here. On more than one occasion has he stepped in to help do odds and ends that were scheduled or unscheduled requests for me. Just putting aside 5 minutes to help a resident when there are only 3 of them on staff to the 300 apartments here says a lot about his level of dedication. The property is pretty and in a great location for good rated schools and freeways. I am PRAYING they get another trash compactor ...and/or implement some rules for dumping trash. Other than that, I've had zero complaints living here. Amazing Staff!
October 24, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI can't speak highly enough about Khan, JR, and Ariel. A staff! It's been almost a year since Bozzuto Property Management took over and there are tons are positive changes throughout. The most obvious is the professionalism amongst the maintenance staff. They go above and beyond! Before and during Hurricane Irma, they were answering calls and checking not only on the property, but the tenants that stayed behind. Very comforting knowing the people that have access to your home are caring and ...trustworthy. Thank you gentlemen!!! Hint, hint: it would be nice if they hired more of them. Not fair having 3 men maintain a property with 300 apartments. :) As for the property itself, great area as far as the schools are concerned, access to major roadways and family friendly restaurants and activities. The apartments are smaller than most nearby, but you can't beat the new gym, community get togethers, and pretty grounds keeping. I do wish the management company would do a better job with the entry way security arms, and trash compactor. Both need to be monitored more regularly for outsiders who come in and dump and break the security arms and compactor on an ummmm - weekly basis!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
