AVOID AT ALL COSTS
April 9, 2025Be weary of any apartment complex that consistently offers “incentives” to get you to rent from them. Management is terrible. Kaytlyn the manager is condescending and rude. They charge you unnecessary and frivolous fees for no reason & when you question them about it— they will threaten to evict you if you don’t pay them. You can’t get ahold of anyone at Wellington Advisors (the owners of the complex) to help you with your issues. Literally miserable here. May 2, 2024They lie to get you to sign a lease. The pool was supposed to be open year around, but that was a lie. I pay 30 dollars a month for trash pickup, but they don't pick it up hardly ever. The neighbors smoke weed all day ad night and property management does nothing about it.Review from Apartments.com
