no electric and having to carry water to wash the inside down and flush the toilet. We washed down cupboards and swept out closets and drawers by hand. We cleaned the yard of all the glass that has been broken up in the yard. I put down weed and feed to we could have a nice lawn. I spent hours trimming palm trees that had gone wild. We did this for 5 weeks. They finally told us their so called electrician had it done and they were calling LCEC. We set up our account with LCEC and they went out the next day to put in the meter. The manager showed up at noon one day and told us we had to move our stuff out and it had to be out by that night. We are 75 yrs old and my husband has COPD and Atrial fibrillation. After much talking they decided we could have a week to pack our stuff up and get out. So I packed everything up and it cost us $398.00 to have a moving company come and get our belongings and put it in storage for $100 a month. Then it was on the hunt for a place to live. We are staying with a friend in North Ft Myers and are now buying a place here also a couple of miles from our friend. With all the stress we have both lost about 20 lbs each. Not that we couldn't use the weight loss but I don't recommend this method with so much stress to accomplish it. We have never been lied to so much in our life as we were by this bunch. Now strangely the office has been closed for a week and the manager and her husband are no where to be found. Something is just not right about this place and I would not recommend anyone have anything to do with them.
