I moved out July 9, 2022. I counted the total number of parking spaces: 129. That includes the visitor parking, reserved and unreserved spaces, and handicap. My number may be slightly off but not largely. The total number of units? 98 according to the front office. That's why so many of us had to park in non-spaces or off property. I got towed once, because they had just changed the policy about parking in non-spaces.
Before renting here, ask them about the number of registered cars of tenants vs ...
available spaces.
The office staff had high turnover. To get anyone attention, you had to walk into the office. We had so many issues with office staff.
The Palms was the only place I've lived I wouldn't return to, and I've lived in a dozen apartments.
