February 22, 2026There is a lot to love about this place…community activities, pool, dog parks, the interior pool area. I didn’t give a five because of the lack of enforcing rules a safety. There are rules about scooping poop, parking, registering vehicles, trash, etc. yet no one enforces these and people do whatever they want. The gates are never closed (we don’t have fobs for them so they are really never closed) and when there was a safety concern nothing was done. We were not notified and police weren’t ...either. This is why it is a three not a five and why we are working on moving.Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2026I love this place, I love my apartment, but when I moved in 2024, they were much stricter about enforcing the rules. Now, the residents don't follow instructions; there's trash in the hallways, a smell of marijuana, dog poop everywhere, and the trash cans are empty with garbage overflowing.Property Manager Responded
