I didn’t give a five because of the lack of enforcing rules a safety. There are rules about scooping poop, parking, registering vehicles, trash, etc. yet no one enforces these and people do whatever they want. The gates are never closed (we don’t have fobs for them so they are really never closed) and when there was a safety concern nothing was done. We were not notified and police weren’t ...either.
