The Parc has been a great choice for me to make home. The staff has been friendly and it is located near a lot of things to do. I love the granite kitchen counters and how open the living room is. I was worried at first that I would not like living this far from my work, but it is made up for when I can come home and go to the gym or swim in the heated pool.

Great floor plan. Open concept and it feels like you are in a two bedroom living room. It has all the bells and whistles too for a very reasonable price. Like living at a nice resort. People are really nice and have follow through in meeting your needs.

I have lived here at The Parc since they started leasing in December of 2015. Me and my little beagle have loved our life here and I anticipate renewing my lease again. They make me feel so at home here and you can't find that everywhere these days. I even referred a friend who lives down the street.

Clean and new apartments. I would call it a gem in Gahanna. Looked at a number of 1 bedroom in the area and this seriously was the nicest layout. Incredible sunsets too. Friendly office that is always available. Nice to look forward to coming home every night.

I moved in approximately 1 month ago and I love it here. I have the Somerset style apartment and it provides me with me than enough room for me and one other. Lots of closet space and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. I had a couple maintence requests right when I moved in and Jamie was very helpful with getting someone over here the next day to fix what was wrong. Since I moved in I probably grilled about 5 times(one of my favorite things) the grill is very easy to use and there are multiple ...

gas grills throughout, one even at the pool. The fitness center is one of my favorites as well and there's also a business center that I used one time at the clubhouse. The parc is pet friendly and has a small dog park which is perfect for my little shih tzu to run around. The community is very quiet and friendly neighbors. The best place I moved to thus far.
