July 14, 2025After the property recently changed hands, it has been on a swift decline. Many renters here are seeing 10% or more rent increases. This might be OK if the quality of the amenities or services were improving, but they seem to only be getting worse. Large ants across the property and within various apartments, broken shared amenities, and broken appliances with little to no maintenance response plague this place.Review from Apartments.com

New management refuses to return security deposit
November 27, 2020Prime location and a nice neighborhood. However, Parc at Summit is now managed by AION Management. Prospective tenants should be aware that AION will REFUSE TO RETURN YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Very poor communication between offices: Despite calling their office a number of times to confirm my move-out, my message was never transferred to the leasing office.Review from Apartments.com
