Love the fact it’s Brand New and they don’t nickel and dime you in unnecessary fees: smart home, parking sticker, and amenity fees. Here you get sooo much without having too pay for it. The staff plans social events EVERY week. The property is so Beautiful. I signed the lease without seeing in person. Can’t imagine living anywhere else.
