"Great Community, But Be Prepared for Heating & AC Challenges"!

We've been residents at The Park Apartments for nearly five years, and while our overall experience has been positive, we want to share an important concern with potential renters. Since last winter, we've encountered ongoing issues with both our heating and AC. Repairs have been slow, and every fix seems to lead to another problem. In the meantime, we've had to purchase a portable AC unit and two portable heaters just to maintain a comfortable temperature. We pay rent for comfort, not to rely on ...
temporary solutions.
That said, the staff and management are great, and the community here is quiet with friendly neighbors. While no place is perfect and appliances do break down, we just wish repairs were handled more efficiently. Eventually, things do get fixed, but the waiting period can be frustrating.
Despite this issue, we still highly recommend The Park Apartments. The peaceful atmosphere and welcoming community make it a great place to live, and in the grand scheme of things, that's priceless. If you're considering moving in, just be sure to check that your heating and AC units are in good working order beforehand.
