    Park Evanston's location is unbeatable, with incredibly easy access to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Evanston and multiple public transit options. The building itself is fantastic, featuring well-maintained amenities and a professional staff that is always friendly and responsive. The stunning lake views are the perfect bonus, making it a wonderful place to call home!

    Maintenance is always very fast to respond and fix issues! I filed a request after 5pm and they were here and finished by 9:30 the next morning. Also, the maintenance people are all professional, helpful and friendly even when we don’t have issues. We’re very happy here.

    Park Evanston has some of the best amenities like a great fitness center, rooftop pool with grills, and even a pet spa, plus it's the only building in Evanston with a doorman. The leasing staff is very helpful and responsive to residents' needs, and I have had the best experience here.

    Management could be better about fixing plumbing and hot water issues. Also not the greatest about turning on the heat and or AC at proper times of the year

    We have very nice neighbors. Staff and the doormen are friendly. Organized package room. Clean lobby and communal areas. Maintenance issues are quicky resolved. Can't wait for the pool to open!

    Love our apartment. Staff from front desk to the office to everyone behind the scenes is terrific! Location is amazing and the views!!! Couldn’t have picked a better place to call home!
