June 4, 2025Park Evanston has some of the best amenities like a great fitness center, rooftop pool with grills, and even a pet spa, plus it's the only building in Evanston with a doorman. The leasing staff is very helpful and responsive to residents' needs, and I have had the best experience here.Property Manager Responded
