The building itself is fantastic, featuring well-maintained amenities and a professional staff that is always friendly and responsive. June 25, 2025Maintenance is always very fast to respond and fix issues! I filed a request after 5pm and they were here and finished by 9:30 the next morning. June 4, 2025Park Evanston has some of the best amenities like a great fitness center, rooftop pool with grills, and even a pet spa, plus it's the only building in Evanston with a doorman.
