Park Evanston has some of the best amenities like a great fitness center, rooftop pool with grills, and even a pet spa, plus it's the only building in Evanston with a doorman. The leasing staff is very helpful and responsive to residents' needs, and I have had the best experience here.

We have very nice neighbors. Staff and the doormen are friendly. Organized package room. Clean lobby and communal areas. Maintenance issues are quicky resolved. Can't wait for the pool to open!
