Park Evanston's location is unbeatable, with incredibly easy access to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Evanston and multiple public transit options. Maintenance is always very fast to respond and fix issues! I filed a request after 5pm and they were here and finished by 9:30 the next morning. Also, the maintenance people are all professional, helpful and friendly even when we don’t have issues.

Park Evanston has some of the best amenities like a great fitness center, rooftop pool with grills, and even a pet spa, plus it's the only building in Evanston with a doorman. The leasing staff is very helpful and responsive to residents' needs, and I have had the best experience here.
