August 16, 2025Park Evanston's location is unbeatable, with incredibly easy access to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Evanston and multiple public transit options. The building itself is fantastic, featuring well-maintained amenities and a professional staff that is always friendly and responsive. June 25, 2025Maintenance is always very fast to respond and fix issues! I filed a request after 5pm and they were here and finished by 9:30 the next morning. June 4, 2025Park Evanston has some of the best amenities like a great fitness center, rooftop pool with grills, and even a pet spa, plus it's the only building in Evanston with a doorman.
