The a/c units that work for these apartments seem well over 15 years old. And in the Texas heat that means to stay cool in your apartment you’ll need it running constantly. Something we forgot to look for when we moved in resulting in much higher cps bills than I’ve had at any my other complexes. Maintenance guys are usually quick and friendly. Office staff lacks in that department. Only other negative is the mailboxes have been broken into a few times in our stay here so if you have important ...
mail coming in you could be at risk. So-so place at best but the price is alright.

The park at Braun Station has just been a wonderful place to live. Very quiet. The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful oaks throughout the property. I have never experienced such wonderful and fast service from a maintenance crew. Wonderful management team/office staff. Always kind and helpful. They have monthly activities for the residents. The pool is always clean.

The staff are nice but the apartment structure is cheap. Just closing door shakes the whole structure. Gentle walking disturbs neighbor.

Great apartments i stayed here going on 3yrs, its a little expensive and small for the price. but overall its quite, comfortable the neighbors stay to themselves, and most of all it's close to major shopping areas.

I just recently moved in a month ago, and so far my stay has been a good one. The maintenance staff is lazy and hardly fix problems (from what I've noticed and heard) but the staff is friendly and the amenities are nice. The community is gated, and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. A couple other highlights are the communities' beautiful grounds, and great parking.

At first glance the yellow building look slightly dated, but once you walk it the apartments they are beautiful. I love the open layout and the update carpets so ware and tear is not so noticeable. A/c went out and they fixed it immediately. Dog friendly, and absolutely worth every penny!!!
