Update to previous review
July 28, 2025***UPDATE: I was finally able to transfer units nearly 3 months ago now. But I wish I had just left the property. Not only was the unit dirty when we moved in, but we had to immediately submit several work orders. All the appliances were broken and dirty, there was a big hole in the tub of the dishwasher. The gas company couldn’t turn on our service due to safety hazards and the unit has major plumbing issue. We have been battling to get these issues resolved since April. Today, July 28, 2025 we ...still have very little air flow from our vents so it’s 85 degrees in the unit during the day despite the fact that our air is constantly running. Also, our bathtub is backed up every time we shower so it’s like we’re taking a half bath at the same time. And we still have old dirty, broken blinds on the widows from the previous tenants. We were told when we moved in that they didn’t have any blinds at the time but assured us they were placing an order for them and we’d be the first to get blinds when they were delivered. However it’s been three months and despite the fact that I keep inquiring and emailing the property manager to request they finally tend to my work order that’s been open since April, they couldn’t care less and are instead focused on trying to fill empty units. I call the office several times per week and I have also walked in to speak with the staff. They keep telling me they have no idea when they will get to my work order. I urge anyone reading this who is looking for a place to live to look elsewhere. This is not where you want to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

No heater during winter storm
January 12, 2025I thought this place was okay to live at but nope after me and my kids suffered with no heat during a winter storm I pay my rent on time Every month I shouldn’t have to sit in a cold house I called the emergency maintenance line 5 times and no one had returned my call or came to check my heater but it’s all good cause I will not be renewing my lease for this very reason !!!! There is no reason for no one to ignore an emergency maintenance line that’s just sorry and lazyProperty Manager Responded

May 31, 2024I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The property itself is stunning, with modern amenities and a beautifully maintained interior. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by our tour guide, Brittany. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to all of our questions, making the entire experience both enjoyable and informative. Her enthusiasm for the property was infectious and really helped us ...see all the potential it has to offer. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

APARTMENTS FROM HELL!
September 26, 2022I am literally neighbors with the most recent reviewers! We both moved in around the same time in MAY! Their reviews on their website is FAKE all of them! Almost everyone in the neighborhood will tell you to run ! These are the worse apartments ever! I vouch for every bad review ! These apartments need to be shut down they even deleted their google site due to all the bad reviews ! One of the managers live in the apartments and her apartment is spotless maintenance always get her job done ...everyone else has MOLD MILLIONS OF ROACHES FLOODS BROWN WATER COMING OUT OF SHOWER THE LIST GOES ON! Don’t do it. !!
March 1, 2021It is sad how expensive these apartments are for the crap you have to put up with. Moved here July 2020 my first couple of days in the apartment my power went out constantly I have a one year old so I had to get a hotel until it was fixed. My first day moving in I found roaches in my apartment didn’t think it was a big deal due to it being an apartment building I just bombed myself and asked that they come spray. They did one time and since then bugs have been a major issue it’s so bad that they ...are in my food when I cook. The walkway in my building is completely dark they won’t fix the light there is all kinds of animals running around. None of my windows have screens, I had a leak under my sink a few months back instead of picking up the old food and mold the maintenance man spray painted over the dirt and had my home reeking of fumes for hours he didn’t even warn me. Had to get my refrigerator replaced after calling complaining 100 times now my garbage disposal isn’t working and it’s causing my sink to clog I emailed and called left several messages about this issue and no one has gotten back to me. I had to go up to the office to put in a report only for the new manager to tell me I haven’t put in a work order since January when I’ve literally called every single day.
