Do not move here!!!! This is the worse apartment I have ever lived in. I have had issues with my account since month one. I signed a lease at an affordable rate with a $99 move-in special. Two weeks later, I received an email requesting I sign a new lease at a much higher rent. It was almost $300 more. I spoke with the management team, and they said it would get resolved, but every month I had to contact the manager because the payment amount on my account needed to be corrected. Last month, I
...received an eviction notice for $2,598 of unpaid rent. (I have been in the apartment for about ten months). I contacted management again (this time in person), and they said they would get it handled and get my account fixed. They lied. I was greeted again today with another eviction notice. They delivered it on a Friday with Thursday's date to get past the three-day notice. I'll be at the office bright and early Monday morning.
Outside of that, they never get to work orders. I haven't had pegs in my cabinet since moving in, and I've dealt with a broken toilet for several months.
