Please beware, a lot of pests
September 13, 2025The tour sells you but once you get into the unit, it is a nightmare. I walked into my new apartment with roaches in different places, spiders on the outside of the unit. There was a hornets nest inside of the balcony area that is supposed to be enclosed!! Run, don't walk away from these apartments. Also the safety is an issue. Its supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always broken. Yeah, its a scam living here.Review from Apartments.com

Mildew and mold
June 7, 2022Do not waste your time or money! I have been here 3 years and things were ok before the apartments went under new management! My apartment has mold and mildew in the walls and carpet of my toddler’s room. I have submitted 3 work orders and each one is closed without a resolution. Yet management is painting buildings and trying to beautify the outside of the complex while the inside of the units are a complete dump. I have sent emails and made phone calls and they’ve all gone unanswered! My next ...step is to reach out to the media so that future renters do not lease from this place! Dirty!!
October 15, 2021Trash everywhere, they only maintain the front of the complex, they never pick up the trash and yet you pay for it monthly to be picked up. Moldy, and filled with spiders. June 14, 2021I’ve called the leasing office countless times. Even stood in the building and watched the phone ring as staff sat at their desks. This complex is a joke. How are residents expected to get anything fixed if we can’t even get in contact with management? They will ignore your phone calls until you personally go up there. Loved It
April 3, 2019My apartment wont be ready until May 1st & i am so excited to move in. The leasing agent was so patient with being this is my first time moving alone. She was very knowlegeable & had a great attitude the entire time. I was so totally lost about the process, but when i left I had everything I needed to get moved in. She was great!
