OK BUT RENT IS TO HIGH
October 6, 2015THE RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR THE APARTMENTS. THE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKE AND CERTAIN BUILDINGS HAS ISSUES WITH PARKING. THE DONT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU WHEN THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN THE COMPLEX. THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANING OUT SOME OF THE BUILDINGS AND GETTING SOME OF THOSE WHOM HAS BEEN A BIT OF A NUISANCE OUT OF THE COMPLEX. OTHER THEN THAT THERE ARE REALLY NO OTHER MAJOR ISSUES TO REPORT.Review from Apartments.com

First Apartment Experience
September 13, 2015I moved into Park at Riverview last year September. Despite the fact that management has recently changed and my rent has gone up $100 :/ I do enjoy my stay here. The only thing I would say is based on the rent per month, I would love to have updated appliances. The new staff is nice and VERY informative. August 21, 2015DO NOT LEASE HERE! THEY ARE THE WORSE APARTMENTS EVER IN ATLANTA! LUCKILY I HAVE ALARM SYSTEM BECAUSE THEY ENTERED MY APARTMENT TWICE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! THE WALLS AND FLOORS ARE VERY THIN AND YOU CAN HERE YOUR NEIGHBORS! GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN AND ANYBODY CAN COME IN TGESE APARTMENTS.
