These apartments are a joke
January 16, 2018The crime is ridiculous, that place is great to get car jacked or get your car broken into or vandalized,your chose! In the apartment's work out room, the equipment are not in working order. The apartments have very poor customer service. The office personnel are to lazy besides being rude,to answer phones.If you e-mail them they don"t answer back & blame you for it.Also pretend to send out memos to bully the ones that are receiving government help. That they will loose their housing. It takes ...months to fulfill work orders.They don't re-house the ones that are in critical need of repair. They also are good at ignoring the apartments that are full of mold as families still dwell in them. August 9, 2015I love where I live. The apartments are very night and roomy. The rent is very affordable for me being a single mother of three. The only thing I don't like is that they take at least six months just to fix anything. Even if it's something that will take five minutes to fix. My dishwasher was broken when I moved in four months ago. And it is still broken. I call all the time asking about the status and they just give me the run around. If they could fix their maintenence department and actually ...have them fix something like the pump in the pool that keeps breaking and making it be able to swim in it would be nice, then I would give them five stars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
