Wonderful Place to Call Home!
August 1, 2024This place is excellent, with there beautiful 8 foot pool, sand volleyball court, 2 beautiful playgrounds, and most of all their newly added additions, their amazing fitness center and business center. I've live here since March and I knew this would be my home. Greeted by their amazing staff to match their amazing property, I recommend The Park at Wintergreen to anyone who wants that peace of mind, and a place to call home.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t do it
November 3, 2019In so many words I can only describe these apartments as horrid. Roaches, RED ANT INFESTATION, dry rotted wood, management does not care, they are poorly managed, maintenance does not do their job at allll, apartments are cheaply built and quick fixed but it’s cheap so you get what you pay for but still we deserve better... I will not be resigning my lease.Property Manager Responded

Choose wisely
April 23, 2019It's a quiet and affordable place to live. I love the community but the apartment it self could be better. It seems that they only updated the two bedrooms I'm assuming cause their running more as far as price. They give u false hope on the apartment. Your shown the model not the actual apartment your gonna stay in. The communication with office staff is poor. Your told the apartment is move in ready but when u get in the apartment I'm not sure what they consider move in ready is ,but it had ...quite a few things wrong with the apartment. For the amount of money u pay it should be a whole lot better. And the pest is horrible!!!!! That definitely needs work. Like I said I live the community but making it feel like home here isn't it. I feel they need to revaluate what they consider to be called home. I expected better!Property Manager Responded

Anywhere but here
June 10, 2018Air conditioning in bedroom isn’t blowing still after two prior request; ROACHES; pest in general I am officially tired of fighting with the cockroaches my home is CLEAN always has been ask your people who come in here and never seem to fix anything; I have never been so upset in my life... the amount of rent paid here there should be no pest I told you people I had a rat you left traps in the package for me to set and a not saying how to keep my apartment clean; my home has NEVER been sprayed as ...long as I have been here so please spare me with the pest control comes on Wednesday and my plan tomorrow is to call the bbb and also to review this apartment on every site there is to review on one, I have a two year old and we shouldn’t have to live with pest.
