Maintenance staff are professional and responsive to work orders, and respect special requests such as preferred time of entry, even a few days into the future. The community events are greats and the food trucks are a great addition to the community. The staff is caring and help in any way they can. The location is super convenient—close to public transit, grocery stores, and some nice restaurants. The unit itself is modern with updated appliances, decent insulation (I rarely hear neighbors), and plenty of natural light. Maintenance is responsive and usually resolves issues within a day or two, which I really appreciate.
