June 23, 2025Great leasing office, Emely is professional and wonderful! She provided a warm welcome and responds promptly to inquiries. Maintenance staff are professional and responsive to work orders, and respect special requests such as preferred time of entry, even a few days into the future. The proximity to the station was our biggest priority, which The Park provides. The area is also very safe to walk around and trains from Woodbridge are clean.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025Management and the staff at The Park at Woodbridge have went out of their way to understand any concerns and try their best with what they can do to help each resident have a pleasant living experience. The community events are greats and the food trucks are a great addition to the community. The staff is caring and help in any way they can. Management and the rest of the team do their best in ensuring everyone follows policy and everyone can have a peaceful loving experience. In any ...environment there are always resident that try to break rules, but the team here will do their best to solve the issue.
