I am SUFFOCATING in my apartment, hard to breathe, sleepless nights and i DREAD going back to the apartment now cuz its so hot. Pls fix the issue ASAP.

Additionally, the noise in the street in the weekends is unbearable sometimes. Many residents like to congregate in the streets and make a lot of noise until at least 4-6am.
