horrible cheap apartments
September 15, 2024These apartments are awful.... the only pro is the location so close to the highway. Full disclosure, I did take over someone's lease and they had been there for a couple years at the point when I took over for them, so I can't speak to how the apartments look when they switch over to a completely new tenant. But I will say that the apartment I was in looks nothing like the pictures, like not even CLOSE. The appliances are so cheap, the toilet would get clogged super easily, the windows/doors are ...not sealed properly so bugs get in constantly, and the walls are SUPER thin. On top of all of that, the built in bathroom cabinets had to be replaced because they were completely rotted out from water damage. It took forever to get someone out there, and when they did finally come out, they replaced the built in cabinets with just a cheap free standing they got from Lowe's. Then, it was a whole new fight to get them to come BACK because after they put the new cabinet in, they left the floor missing where the built ins were. and THEN, they replaced the floor where the cabinets were with a completely different type of vinyl than the rest of the bathroom which looked even worse. I had to call them back ANOTHER time to get at least the whole bathroom the same flooring so it wouldn't look as bad, but it still looked sooo trashy at the end. The bathtub finish was almost completely peeled off, paint was chipping, the floors were warped from what I assume was water damage that was never addressed.... Thankfully, I didn't see any bedbugs in my (short) stay, but given every other thing about this place I believe the reviews that say there were bedbugs. The parking lot sucks, the pool smells like pee, and the apartments are literally falling apart. Don't rent here!!!!Property Manager Responded

Bed bugs, cheap work, no where to park your car
July 19, 2022Management is horrible. Mercedes is always rude and snappy. Pool is never open and the one day it is, its nasty and unclean. I've heard multiple people say they have bed bugs some how. Great for Me in my Wheelchair
February 9, 2021I just moved into this community and my experience so far has been wonderful. The residents are nice and friendly. The people in the office go out of their way to be helpful. Being physically disabled, I was a little worried about moving into an apartment but the folks here have been very accommodating and welcoming!!! My apartment has wide doorways and roomy bathrooms to fit my wheelchair. Great place to call home!Review from Apartments.com

June 25, 2019I highly recommend The Parker Apartment Homes. These were our first choice for living as we were moving from out of state and the complex looked so inviting and the reviews were great for families! The process was so simple as Janelle and Kayla answered ALL our questions from measurements of the rooms and living spaces, to the area around etc. I’ve never had such amazing customer service even though I know we probably bugged them more than ever. Janelle helped me find storage units, helped us ...with our application difficulties and were always there. From the community contests, to the pool parties and including animals as family, I couldn’t be more excited that we get to call this place home.Property Manager Responded

It's cheap. But you get what you paid for
June 15, 2019I've been living here for a year and a half and the staff has changed constantly. Jeff is the main manager and I hardly ever see him. The staff always acts really nice but they hardly get anything actually done for the residents, they are obsessed with increasing the property value. My biggest complaint is the bug problems in the buildings. They are everywhere! And impossible too get rid ofReview from Apartments.com

Love this place
May 21, 2019I love living here. Its quite for the most part. The grounds are really pretty. I love how they keep up everything. The maintenance guys are really nice and everyone in the office is as sweet and helpful as can be. I have had no issues with any parking or bugs of any kind as a few of the reviews have stated.
