Don’t rent from them
August 24, 2020I have lived in the Parker apartments for more that year. At first under different management the apartments was great but now it’s horrible. The office staff is rude when they actually answer the phone. Maintenance isn’t great be prepared to wait a week or so. My hot water in my building been off for more than week.Called regional boss and he said pay for your hotel room out of your rental insurance really. November 4, 2018I’ve literally looked at every apartment complex in Tyler being that I will be a first time renter. I’ve had a bad experience with a couple of apartments so I was over apartment searching. Came to Bullard Crossing and was impressed with the customer service and the location. Micheal did not only show me one unit but three and went over the different amenities and pricing. Applied same day and was approved within a hour.
