MOLD THEFT AND CRIMINALS
December 10, 2025Repeated leaks, visible mold, and negligent repairs. Maintenance enters without proper notice, and requests for professional remediation are ignored. Management also charged improper fees for eviction notices. Extremely unsafe, frustrating, and unprofessional experience.Review from Apartments.com

January 13, 2025My name is Felica and this is a real review for the PARKER APARTMENTS DTLV I have been at these wonderful apartments for four months and have never had any worries, because the leasing agent Tamika is prompt about apartment repairs and concerns. Tamika has grown to be part of my family, and being on this property I'm able to be comfortable. A dog park included, that's always clean and will maintained.
