    We are loving the Parker so far! You can’t beat the location, friendly staff, or amenities. I love waking up and going to the community room to get my free latte. We have only lived here a week and have had a bbq restaurant cater, donuts and a happy hour. Definitely recommend!

    Overall very happy, building is nice, people and staff are very friendly. Only reason I left off a star is because of delayed move and hiccups along the way. The AC was not working for 4 days during a heat wave. I was told 3 days straight that hopefully someone would be there tomorrow to fix it. They installed a temp ac, that broke too and was not fixed immediately either. I was also told an appointment to set up wifi was made for me and that I would be notified when they were coming. No one came ...
    so I had to schedule one myself and their earliest time to show up is 9 days after my move in. I would’ve appreciated a little more communication regarding how to get the wifi upon move in. My ice maker was not working as well. None of my keys worked at first either. That being said all of the staff and maintenance have been wonderful and I’m very happy to be living here, I was just disappointed in the not so smooth move in.

    The staff is amazing and package process extremely improved. However our common spaces have seen a decline in attention and care. Many of our former PM amenities have been eliminated like free beverages, vending and businesa office amenities. Biggest part is that the penthouse is no longer available to lounge and relax in because they got rid of the furniture!

    Everyone has been so nice and helpful since moving in. My move in was very seamless. There were one or two very minor things that I needed help fixing when I moved in and they were all resolved same day.

    Love it here so far! From touring to move in the staff has been very welcoming and accommodating. I had a situation where I signed my lease and ended up needing the apartment sooner. Natalie & Roger made it happen. The apartment was perfect when I moved in - I had a few things to be fixed and it was done before move in. The door staff is friendly so far, and the location of the building is unbeatable. My only thing is - why didn’t I move here sooner!

    The Parker could not be located in a more perfect location! I love the style of the building as well, it feels very cool and home-y. The staff in The Parker is amazing, however I wish there were more resident events to meet my neighbors in the building.

    The building is very clean and well kept and the amenities are great. The front desk staff is also very kind and welcoming, they always say hello when I come into the building.

    New ownership seems 100X more dialed in and human than previous owners. Staff is KIND. Building is CLEAN. The amenities could be better; I miss having a vending machine on site and if you aren’t an animal lover it’s tough to avoid the plethora of dogs in the building but the walls are insulated well so it’s very quiet.
