February 12, 2026Living at The Parker has been a really positive experience! From start to finish, it’s clear the entire team is working hard to make this community better every single day. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and professional, and the maintenance team stays on top of things. I really appreciate the little touches that make life easier, like Trash Fairies coming by at night to collect our trash. Such a convenient perk! They also host community events and bring in food trucks, which makes it ...feel like more than just an apartment complex. I’m especially looking forward to the upcoming “Speed Friending” event! The biggest highlight has been the exterior painting project. They just finished our building and wow, it looks so much better! The construction noise was absolutely worth it. October 16, 2025Almost one month in and loving my new apartment! Everything has been fantastic and hassle free! The only thing that has come up unfortunately is the constant smell by the dog part of urine. Love the dogs, don’t love the smell!
