March 1, 2026Have lived at The Parker for about 8 months now and I have no complaints. The location is great, the staff is friendly and responds quickly, and I have not needed to put in any maintenance requests at all. Upkeep for things like dryer cleaning, and filter replacements is done regularly and I have not had any issues with needing pest control.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2026Living at The Parker has been a really positive experience! From start to finish, it’s clear the entire team is working hard to make this community better every single day. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and professional, and the maintenance team stays on top of things. I really appreciate the little touches that make life easier, like Trash Fairies coming by at night to collect our trash. Such a convenient perk! They also host community events and bring in food trucks, which makes it ...feel like more than just an apartment complex. I’m especially looking forward to the upcoming “Speed Friending” event! The biggest highlight has been the exterior painting project. They just finished our building and wow, it looks so much better! The construction noise was absolutely worth it.
