HORRIBLE
September 24, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is awful. The apartment manager is never in the office. They just turn your water off at any given moment. The maintenance man doesn't do much of anything. The groundskeepers don't know what cleanliness is. The only good thing about Woodcrest apartments is the rent which is 510$ a month.

You get what you pay for
July 27, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe apt complex is cheap. One of the cheapest in this town. The walls are thin, there are roaches, there are a few drug dealers and users in my bldg. The property is neglected. Management is nice but slow to fix major issues like the missing ceiling in the bldg. Cant wait to move. I do not recommend this place unless you have to.
