Loved Loved Loved the view from all of our windows. We were in the back facing the large tree in the center of the hill. Loved going out when it was warm and using the grills to cook with our friends. They should really level the tables again though, hard to eat with all the food sliding off all of them. The pool was great! Also loved being so close to the Chinese restaurant down the road, DEFINETLY grab something from there if you haven't yet. Great studying comfort food. I miss it

Great location close to EMU where I was finishing up school before COVID hit, I think it was only two or three exits away. Close to shopping Belleville area and down the road from where I worked in Canton. When I was bored I would just drive down to the Target there, grab a Starbucks and walk around for a few hours there and in the shopping area. Made many friends with the cats at Petco.
Okay, so living here. Right.
Great layout first of all, love being able to see into the living room from the kitchen. Great windows and natural light. Main bedroom had so much room, we fit a drafting table and a huge Ikea desk in there along with a queen bed and a few small bookshelves and a tall cat tree by the window. Loved the closet space. Great flow between all the rooms.
Things I did not like... kitchen was pretty small, wish there was just one more counterspace. Dishwasher never worked the best. Bathroom was extremely small but at least it had linen storage, did not like that there was no sink in it and it was in the hallway. Make sure to clean that door handle a lot. Air conditioning in the summer NEVER reached the main bedroom, it was always WAY too warm. Even had a few box fans in the window. Place I live in now has central air and I am so happy.
Issues with complex other than our little apartment. Hot water seemed to be out for a day or two every month for some reason. Not sure if complex owner is just making cheap fixes instead of redoing whatever was going on. Power went out a lot during storms, but the energy company was to blame, did not like them.

- proximity to Belleville, EMU, Canton, and Ann Arbor
- lots of natural light
- GREAT manager and assistants in the office, they were all amazing, remembered our faces and names from just meeting a few times
- maintenance was also great, fast and so nice as well
Cons
- small kitchen
- small bathroom
- hot water seemed to always be out
- horrible air conditioning
