I have had a positive experience at Parkside Fishtown. The gym, common area, and amenities are always clean. Management responds back to me as quickly and efficiently as possible. Regarding the elevator issue, it's not managements fault that parts are on a global backorder and one isn't working, at least one other elevator works. They are in the process of fixing it. The apartment complex is in a great neighborhood, I'm very happy here!

Nice gym and conveniently has a park for my dog so I don’t have to worry about walking alone late at night. The staff is wonderful too, always answers my questions/concerns in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
