This place is terrible

I’m only giving a one star because you can’t give 0 stars. This place is HORRID. The only good thing about it, is Barbra in the front office. Everything else is terrible. A few weeks ago there was a gentleman in the office, he asked “why is the turnaround rate over here so bad” the lady had said “new management and we’re trying to figure things out as we go” WRONG. Whatever “management” they have isn’t working. My A/C was broken the day I moved in in August of 2025. I moved out this August and ...
they never fixed my A/C properly. I knew 3 months in that I chose the wrong place to live. They can never seem to answer the phone when you need something and the maintenance is about the same. My burners on my stove were never fixed correctly when I put in the request so I was only able to use 2 of them. They had said to me “that’s the best we can do.” I had gotten off of work early and only needed to go home and grab something I had forgotten before I went shopping. Had I not done that, the animal I was watching would’ve died. The freon in my a/c had exploded and gone all over my apartment. I quickly had to remove the animal and find a place for her to stay for a few days while I cleaned up. No one had told me about this incident and had I not been there I truly believe no one would have told me. I had a window unit for the entire 12 month lease due to the ongoing issues of my a/c. It was continuously leaking down the wall and up through my floors in my bathroom since the walls are connected. When it wasn’t working AGAIN I was told the outside unit was dirty. That’s not my job to make sure it’s clean and up to date. They’re terrible at communication and just an all around terrible place to live.
