The building management continues to be unresponsive and will tell you that they will get information to you and never do it. The entire building is filthy. Trash in parking deck that has remained for 4 months. Clothes at the entrance door to the building that are just left there. The hallways the paint looks awful and the carpets not ever vacuumed. Yes, indeed I think this is a wonderful ideal for the downtown area. Affordable housing is a big problem in this area and I think living downtown you can't beat it because it's in the center of the city and you are located near the major highways as well. Prospect Rental.
