      The Payton community has been very welcoming and feels like home. the management staff is friendly, professional and responsive. I appreciate how quiet the interior of my apartment is as well as the added amenities inside. Security and comfort are obvious priorities atThe Payton which I am very happy about.

      Process to move into The Payton was very smooth. Ricci showed me the property and I knew right away I wanted to live here. Having a secured entrance and parking has given me a sense of security and safety. The community within The Payton has been nothing but kind and helpful to me.

      I can't imagine leaving The Payton if I was staying in the Portland area. This has become my favorite apartment I've had in the 15 years of my Portland experience. And it isn't even close. The consistency of quality service is in my opinion what makes everything work so well here from a renter's perspective.

      I recently moved into The Payton and the experience so far has been fantastic. The management team is friendly, responsive and professional. The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I am very happy with my decision to move into The Payton and only regret not doing so sooner!

      We love living at The Payton. Our unit is very moder, comfortable. Huge windows provide great views and absolute abundance of natural light. Management and maintenance are wonderful and there's a sense of community with many tenants becoming good friends. Also, it is in a good location with easy access to important places on foot. Public transportation is also very close.

      I’ve been living at The Payton for a little over a year. It’s a nice safe secure building, it has nice big windows, it is so quiet. I never hear my neighbors, and my apartment is really quite nice. I would like to see the assigned parking be reduced in price.
