    The Payton's units are stunning, and my wife and I are so impressed with the leasing team. Jeff is so attentive, and we feel like all of our questions or concerns have been resolved. If you can manage it, the south facing units area ideal. The view over I-84 is so invigorating, and thanks to the condo-grade build quality, the units are unbelievably sound proof.

    I can't imagine leaving The Payton if I was staying in the Portland area. This has become my favorite apartment I've had in the 15 years of my Portland experience. And it isn't even close. The consistency of quality service is in my opinion what makes everything work so well here from a renter's perspective.

    I recently moved into The Payton and the experience so far has been fantastic. The management team is friendly, responsive and professional.     We love living at The Payton. Our unit is very moder, comfortable. Huge windows provide great views and absolute abundance of natural light. Management and maintenance are wonderful and there's a sense of community with many tenants becoming good friends. Also, it is in a good location with easy access to important places on foot. Public transportation is also very close.

    I’ve been living at The Payton for a little over a year. It’s a nice safe secure building, it has nice big windows, it is so quiet. I never hear my neighbors, and my apartment is really quite nice. I would like to see the assigned parking be reduced in price.
