Nice but pricey and parking is not ideal

Honestly the biggest reason that I decided to leave a review is in response to some of the negative reviews. Someone talking about it being unsafe and that there are assaults in the parking lot? I’ve been here for three years and have never seen or heard of assaults happening in the parking area. I have never felt unsafe in any way. outside, even at night, walking their dogs. I sometimes don’t get back until super late and feel totally safe walking to my apartment alone. I’ve also lived in apartment with thinner walls. You usually won’t hear the neighbors beside you but I do hear the neighbors above me sometimes. It’s extra bothersome at times because they get a bit loud and have trouble keeping their dog quiet. I don’t hear anyone else though. The biggest criticism that I can think of is #1 the parking is difficult. There’s not enough parking spots outside for the people in each building and so you can wind up parking on the far end of the community. Sometimes it’s a 5 minute walk and if you’re carrying anything or if it’s raining out, not super fun. The rent is high enough where I expected more parking options. That’s the other thing, it is a bit expensive, especially if you plan on sticking around for a while. If you are budgeting for what the first years cost will be then plan ahead for that to jump up quite a bit every year. Anyways, those are my complaints. Otherwise it’s a pretty solid place. Maintenance is great, they respond quickly. The gym is stocked. They have a pool and a hot tub. They’re good with communication. The apartments are clean and pleasant. If you have the money and don’t mind about not getting a close parking space, I’d recommend it.
