Management is a nightmare.
One woman is managing everything and they will not get back to you if you need anything. They just avoid.
Do not believe what you hear on the tour.
For the amount people pay, this doesn’t come close to the experience renters should get.
Having a really negative experience here.
Amenities not as advertised, not luxury by a long shot

Renter beware. Extremely low quality renovation of old damaged building. Many pest issues, unrenovated sections of building still harboring pests, asbestos, pigeons and wild animals even. Worst of all is the management. Unliveable conditions in some units take forever to get fixed. Do not believe everything you are told on the tour.
