Great location but terrible management company
April 28, 2026I've lived in the Pepper Building for 15 years. I loved it here. Spacious apartments and located in a vibrant, safe neighborhood only 3 blocks from Rittenhouse Square. I've been through 4 management companies in the time I've lived here. The current management company - Living Residential - is by far the worst of the 4. They do very little to maintain the property, and let maintenance tickets drag on for weeks. I know 2 people who went without heat for 6+ weeks from February to March. ...People are breaking their leases and leaving. The on-site manager is not empowered to make any decisions and the senior team is unresponsive, and when they do respond, they are usually rude. While it breaks my heart, I won't be renewing my lease because even with all the plusses of living here, Living Residential makes it unpleasant.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
