The new renovations at the flats are amazing. However, I do wish that the doors were replaced instead of just reaped because it allows a lot of sounds to come through.

I love it here! The amenities center is the best and the front office people are always so nice. The Pier is also always having fun things to do and giving away free stuff all the time.

The property is well maintained. Everybody is so nice and very helpful. There is a lot to do. I like the study room options in the club house for when I don't feel like going to the library or sitting in my apartment.

Pretty good. Everyone is very helpful. The house is very spacious, and upon arrival, was throughly cleaned. I have had a few problems here and there, mainly with the air just not working.

The red mud in the backyard and lack of grass for my dog to go potty on is bothersome, I wish there was better upkeep on the yards, especially back yards. Also, the spiders and bugs are out of control around the homes.
The house itself is a little run down, which tells me it was build pretty quickly. We are having issues with our stairs, creaky shower floor, shower door that won’t stay closed, windows that won’t shut unless you slam them down, etc.
We also don’t have a key for our back door. ...
I’m not sure if none of the homes come with a key or if it is just us but I don’t like that we have to call a locksmith if we want two points of access in our house.
Besides that, it’s a nice home and it is comfortable to live in. The negative things stick out because they are frustrating, but really everything else is great. The team and work staff are really approachable and friendly. The community building is AWESOME! And I love the view.

I really like living at the pier! The location is close to campus, the buses that can take you to campus or downtown come in a timely fashion, and the people living in the community and staff are incredibly friendly!! Whenever we have a maintenance issue, someone is here within a few hours to help us. The commute to campus is really easy and there’s usually little to no traffic on the roads. The convenience mart and proximity to Aldi are really hard to beat. It can be a little loud on the ...
