The old reviews aren’t exaggerated
April 10, 2025The most recent reviews are obviously from management, as the mice have never stopped. Management only care about the money, not your security or your health- just the money. Late fees are 10% of rent. All units are CARPET! Rent increases $100 per renewal. They will kick you out for new money, no matter how transparent you are with them or how long you’ve been committed to your home. Please beware.Review from Apartments.com

March 29, 2024Mice always comes back. I've seen dead ones outside that would be left there for several days. There's gaps and holes in the foundation so they always manage to get in. Lots of huge grasshoppers. Nothing was built or sealed correctly. It's takes a long time to hit help. No 24 hour maintenance as mentioned. No sense of urgency. February 8, 2024I keep my place spotless and the mice that's on this place is ridiculous, no matter what you do they come back cause it's so many gaps everywhere, yall need exterminaters and get maintenance or whoever to keep this area clean, I'm so over this place I haven't signed my lease to renew yet. October 9, 2023Two times within the same year found mice in apartment. Landlord refuses to act in a timely manner to fix problem. Bugs all over as well.
