A Major turn around.....

I've been here 12yrs and I must say the new owners are actually taking pride in this complex! So many things have been fixed or replaced including the landscaping... It's been nice and quiet the breezeway is freshly painted maintenance has really out done themselves with this whole turn around!!! I'm finally not embarrassed to call this place my home!!! Ms. Ragen is awesome she's always going above and beyond to help out with any and everything she can couldn't ask for a better property manager!! ...

All the staff that are here now are amazing.... I appreciate all the new changes awesome job you guys!!!

I would recommend it because it is a nice well kept apartment complex from what I can see. Only bad thing I would say is that if the breezes ways are dirty the whole building gets in trouble for it and I dont even sit in the breeze ways to leave anything nor do my children play out there so I dont think that is fair small roach problem but I'm glad you all come and spray often
