The Best Apartment Home
August 10, 2015I'm a current resident at The Place Savanna Springs for three years. My apartment unit is very spacious, the appliances are updated, the exercise equipments in the clubhouse is updated very nice, it is very quiet. The Clubhouse is so beautiful and available when needed by the residents for birthday parties, dinner parties, etc. The Staff are very friendly and nice. The pool and jacuzzi is always clean. The landscape is always clean and well manicured. I love this apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Clean and best of all, QUIET!
July 22, 2015After doing a little research before choosing Savanna Springs, there really was no question that these are the best apartments in town. This complex is very well kept, the management staff is very friendly and maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. These are newer apartments so everything is nice and clean. Appliances are up to date and energy effecient! But like any apartment complex I would highly recommend a 2nd floor apartment, people are in and out of these apartments often so you never ...know who your going to get above you. It's is a gated community which adds a little extra security and is close to just about anything you could need, and a 10 minute drive to the base.
