They take months to resolve simple problems. I do not recommend that anyone who is looking to rent to live with them. They are also located at one of the busiest intersections in all of Nashville so noise, tourists, etc. Good luck with that.

The one issue I have is on the 4th of July there is a lack of security or rules in the building and residents do not get to enjoy the fireworks from their own community balconies or the pool during the day.
