I would not recommend living at The Place. You pay way too much money for amenities that are constantly broken, unavailable, or being replaced. For the amount residents are charged, there is no excuse for how often things don’t work.
The building is also incredibly noisy, and many residents have zero consideration for the people living around them. Management is basically nonexistent when you actually need them or have a legitimate issue.

If you want to know what it’s really like living here, talk to the actual residents before you sign anything. The leasing agents will sell you a fantasy to get you to sign a lease, but the reality of living here is very different.
The Place charges luxury prices without providing a luxury experience. Overpriced, poorly managed, and frustrating to live in. Save your money and look somewhere else
