Nightmare Management
May 8, 2026This review speaks to the professionalism of the management behind this The Place at Fifth and Broadway. They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They take months to resolve simple problems. I do not recommend that anyone who is looking to rent to live with them. December 4, 2024Overall the price isn’t worth it. Amenities aren’t unkept and there really isn’t any “fair housing coat” it changes all the time and someone in the same unit as you could be paying $500 more or less.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024I love this building. The staff is incredible. Very thoughtful and friendly. The one issue I have is on the 4th of July there is a lack of security or rules in the building and residents do not get to enjoy the fireworks from their own community balconies or the pool during the day. It would make my experience at this building as good as the staff can make it. Highly recommend living in this building.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2024At the time I moved in, this was the newest and hottest building in Nashville. It's gone through a few management companies but Bozzuto has made an effort to look out for the residents and I appreciate that.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2024It’s been great so far adjusting still living off Broadway and with all the tourist. The amenities are amazing. And love the residents and the events they have here from the staff at Fifth and Broadway.
