It’s everything we wanted
September 20, 2022This is our first time renting in decades and we weren’t sure how we were going to like apartment living. We moved in sight unseen from out of state. We l LOVE it here! It’s so quiet here that I forget we’re in an apartment. The landscape is nice and well kept. The amenities are great. I enjoy the free yoga class every Sunday. When we’ve needed a repair or even just having the HVAC filter changed, the wonderful maintenance crew (Shawn, Jen and Bernadina) quickly take care of it for us. Much to be desired
July 18, 2020About the only good thing about the property is the maintenance staff. They are quick, friendly, and do a great job... Other then that, poor construction means constant leaky sinks, cracking paint, and electrical issues. Rent is high considering the great amenities are unuseable which the management doesn't seem to care about. Overall, there are many other places for the same price or a lot less that are much better then RiverwalkReview from Apartments.com

July 27, 2019I can't begin to explain how much I love living at The Place at Riverwalk. My experience started months and months before the complex was even built with Leasing Agent, Lisa. You know that feeling you get when something is the right fit? Just talk to her one time about this complex and I guarantee you'll understand what I'm talking about. Whether it was through our monthly phone calls or emails, she has been there every step of the way, and that includes even now--almost four months into my ...lease. Speaking of which, I've lived here since May and couldn't be happier. East Tucson doesn't have a whole lot of options for new, modern apartments that so many young professionals have a craving for. The units here, though, are just that and more. They're up-to-date, sleek and the fixtures seem to be straight out of Architectural Magazine. Let's talk about outdoor space. We live in Tucson for a reason, right? I take 20 steps out my front door and there's a covered communal grill area (and the propane is included!). A short walk away and you'll find the pool and hot tub. There are a TON of seating options, so it's great even if you don't want to get wet. The three-story clubhouse is a force to be reckoned with. I've lived in a lot of apartments and I've never seen anything like it before. Like mimosas on Sunday mornings? Yeah, me, too. You can have them on the rooftop, where one side gives you a view of the mountains and the other looks out over all of Tucson. On the middle level of the clubhouse, you'll find the gym. It has a bunch of brand new equipment, including free-weights, treadmills, bikes, yoga mats, all-in-one systems, etc. Phew. I know that was a lot of information, but now that I've given you my opinion of The Place at Riverwalk, give them a call (ask for Lisa) and come see for yourself. As an out of state resident relocating to Tucson without the ability to tour units here, the leasing agent Lisa was incredibly accommodating and helpful (sending tons of pictures of the actual unit, answering all my questions quickly, allowing a move in day and time that fit my relocation plans).
